Episode 06: Waterfall of Memory

Time doesn’t heal. It edits.

This is not how it felt.
It’s too warm. Too gentle. Too cinematic.

The water falls like a lullaby now.
But when you stood there - in that moment, in that season - it was heavier. Colder. Sharper.

This is what the mind does.
It softens the drop.
It stretches pain into something poetic.
It takes moments that broke you and runs them through a filter until they’re just soft stories you tell yourself at night.

The human experience isn’t linear. It loops. It repaints.
We don’t remember events - we remember how we survived them.

And survival needs beauty. So the mind gives it.

But make no mistake - this isn’t how it was.
It’s just what we needed it to become.

The waterfall keeps falling.
And the version you remember…
Is only one ripple of the truth.
